If you used Pay Pal or a credit card the merchant should show as 'Digital River CAD GMBH' ( presume CAD in my case for Canadian Dollars) If this is the case Email Forscan with whatever documentation you have received at this address and tell them someone is posing as their license provider and scamming customers!
=300739156: you did not pay for a One year license from FORScan. If you paid for a 1 year Forscan license anywhere but the 'My Commerce' site At this link. I haven't received a license key and it's been over a week. I recently registered my account and paid $10 for a year license.
